Our community offers an Affordable Housing Program that provides select apartment homes at reduced rental rates for qualifying households. This program is designed to help make high-quality apartment living more attainable for individuals and families whose income falls within certain program guidelines. Residents approved through the program enjoy the same apartment homes, amenities, and community features as all residents, while benefiting from lower monthly rent. Our community welcomes residents who participate in housing voucher programs, including vouchers administered through local housing authorities such as the Housing Choice Voucher Program. If you currently have a housing voucher, our leasing team will work with you and your housing authority to complete the required steps for approval.
